The final of the Seniors Winter Scratch was held on Tuesday 18th April at John O’Gaunt Golf Club between John O’Gaunt Golf Club & Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club. The day of the match brought blue skies but also a brisk wind.

After a keenly fought encounter, John O’Gaunt Golf Club came out victors with a 3.5 – 1.5 match result.

Congratulations go to both teams on winning their respective qualifying pools, but by winning the final, John O’Gaunt Golf Club are awarded Don Wall Trophy for the 2016 / 2017 season.
