Bedfordshire County Golf
Bedfordshire team wins the team shield for the first time.
The East Region Seniors championship was played at The Bedford Golf Club on Monday 10th July 2017. 30 players from clubs around the East Region took part. This East Region Seniors Champion for 2017 is Jude Hanner from Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club and in second place was Sue Montgomery from Bury St Edmunds Golf Club.
Bedfordshire (BLCGA) team of Sharon Bayton from Aspley Guise Golf Club, Margaret Seabrook from the Bedfordshire Golf Club and Gill Westgate from Bedford & County Golf Club won the team shield. Well played ladies.
President Heddwen Molloy presented the prices. Thank you to The Bedford Golf Club for hosting the event and to Kim Burnage for organising the championship.
