Jenifer Tocha and Louise Baxter wins the Sue Paterson Salver for 2018

Jenifer Tocha from John O Gaunt GC and Louise Baxter from Mount Pleasant GC have won the Sue Paterson Salver played on Sunday 6th May at Mount pleasant Golf Club.  The big hitting youngster swept the field away with her power hitting and composure on the greens.  Runners up were Jessica Sporle (JOG) and Pat Lippiat (SB).  Congratulations to the winners and to all the competitors. This competition was introduced many years ago by Sue Paterson to encourage junior girls into competitive golf by teaming them up with a lady.  Although the field was down this year due to other junior events clashing, it was still impressive to watch the youngsters' love for the game.  Thank you to Mount Pleasant for hosting the event and to BLCGA Junior Organiser Christine Goode for organising the event.
