Beadlow win Junior Inter Club

Despite being a relatively short course, Mount Pleasant proved a tricky venue for the Junior Inter club.  Nine teams representing 6 clubs were competing this year with handicaps ranging from 2 to 28 all the players performed very well.  Special mention to Jack Munson (Beadlow Manor), Harry Lake (Beadlow Manor) and Daniel Haugh (John O'Gaunt) who all scored 40 points.  The competition was close throughout the day, with the winning team not known until the final group had completed their round.  The winning team will represent Bedfordshire at Huddersfield GC in September for the England Golf Junior club championship. Thanks to all the competitors and all at Mount Pleasant for their excellent hospitality.
