A narrow loss to Norfolk on Day 1 was put out of mind with a superb victory against Essex on Day 2. Day three we faced the in-form Cambs and Hunts and we lost 3.5 to 5.5, however that did not tell the whole story; the final three matches all came back from holes down to go down the 18th. Day 4 was another nailbiter. A half in the foursomes was followed by a fought after half in the afternoon; overall match halved with Herts. Friday morning saw all three foursomes go to Suffolk. Tactics in the singles led to 4 wins, sadly just short of a half.

Overall an excellent week with very strong performances from the squad, with so many matches finishing on 18 showing strength and resilience to gain valuable points.
