Girls Golf Rocks!

TAKE A Peek At Girls Golf Rocks

Girls Golf Rocks is all about giving girls the opportunity to try a new sport. With the help of the Bedfordshire county girl players acting as ambassadors, four clubs within the County are offering a fantastic experience for girls to sample the game, meet new friends and enjoy a new sport.

This is a great way of introducing girls between 5 and 18 into golf. it's a course of 6 lessons costing £40 with the last lesson a short time on the golf course. Full details are on the Girls Golf Rocks website.

Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands – Saturday 27th and Tuesday 30th May.

Leighton Buzzard Golf Club 10.30 to 11.30 every Saturday for next 6 weeks starting May 6th

The Bedfordshire – suggest interested parents contact the club as they usually run 2 courses.

The Par 3 event for 2023 location will be annouced shortly. In a previous year the event was held at Abbey Hill G.C, near Milton Keynes. The girls were split into 5 teams of 4 and enjoyed a Texas Scramble format over 9 holes. It was great to see the girls working together as a team and putting their new skills into practice on a golf course. Take a look below at some of the girls in action and get a feel for what this years day has in store!
