OVERALL: 3 ½ - 8 ½

A promising start in the morning Foursomes, with all 4 pairings going Up early, but as the morning progressed Essex managed to overturn these early gains with a 2 ½ - 1 ½ advantage.

Similarly, the afternoon got off to a good start and after 9 holes Bedfordshire had the upper hand. Essex once again rallied, managing to turn 4 games around over the last 9 holes.

A good effort by Bedfordshire, with Essex really having to dig deep over the last 9 holes.
