Bedfordshire U18 Team in League Final

Eight young men from Bedfordshire traveled to Ipswich Golf Club at the weekend to represent their county in the final of the South East Group's U18 League. 

The boys had qualified for the final by winning their league (against Norfolk and Suffolk) and were looking forward to a good weekend in Ipswich. Unfortunately the weather managed to "dampen" the experience but the lads made the most of their trip and certainly learned a lot from playing opponents who proved too strong on the day.

The team comprised: George Garnham, Jack Manley, Joel Gosling, Eddie Stephenson, Will Glenister, Arnie Arkanath, Charlie Coleman, and Aidan Abbott. Matthew Green, Finlay Cummings and Andres Valentine also represented Bedfordshire in the league stage of this competition. These eleven young men have been a credit to themselves and Bedfordshire throughout the year. We should all be proud of them as they should be of themselves.
