Past County President Alvan Davies

Alvan signed off as Bedfordshire Captains President at his home club, Bedfordshire. Supported by his wonderful wife Daphne, Wing Commander Alvan regaled the Beds Past Captains and Guests with the history of his golfing career in Bedfordshire. Cambridgeshire v Bedfordshire (Seniors)

A hard fought match played in heavy rain around the very testing Brampton Park course saw the match for the Rhea Trophy halved at 6 points each. Cambridgeshire therefore retain the trophy.

Tony Weymouth and Paul Sennet halved with Ryan and Setchell
