County Handicap Champion

Stockwood Park Golf Club hosted the County Handicap Championships for the first time on Sunday 28th July.

The winner was Steve Moss from Mount Pleasant Golf Club who shot a nett two round total of 132 (-6) to win the Championship by 3 shots from the home clubs' Robert Short. This competition is played for the 'David Simpkins trophy' so it is very fitting that this years winner should come from Mount Pleasant.

The course was presented in fine condition and all the Officials and competitors were treated to very well all day - many thanks to Active Luton for hosting these Championships.
