Competition is limited to the first 81 players only. Handicap limit of 24 – balloting of higher handicaps will apply if oversubscribed. Players must be under 18 years of age on the 1^st January in the year of the competition. No players under the age of 14 are allowed to play in this event.

No one over the age of 18 may act as a caddy for any of the competitors
